NEKA Developers was established in 1971 and specializes in Land development, construction and renovation of residential areas, commercial as well as industrial sites.
After working in Vancouver on several condominiums, towers, units; Mr. Palwinder Singh Verraich took big step and decided to settle in Edmonton, Alberta where he started his own business, here the actual journey begins. They started with the gas station and then added up with residential land development. By the end of 1986, They gain solid reputation as home builders after building over 300 homes in Edmonton. In 1986, They decided to serve economic heartland of Canada, and built 200 homes in London, ON. Also, they built 300 houses in Windsor. Across the border in Buffalo, 327 acre residential development and many more cities like Windsor, Hamilton, Tilsonburg and Woodstock are served by us.
After the construction of 750 homes in Ontario region, major decision is taken to make big change and not only limited to residential projects. Then, this company enhanced projects by including religious building, commercial condominiums, townhouse, industrial sites, medical arts, offices, and renovations of buildings.
